باستخدامك ﻟﻬﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﻤﺪﻭﻧﺔ، ﺑﺄﻱ ﻭﺳﻴﻠﺔ ﻛﺎﻧﺖ، ﻓﺄﻧﺖ ﺗﻘﺮ ﺑﺄﻧﻚ ﻗﺪ ﻗﺮﺃﺕ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍلإﺗﻔﺎﻗﻴﺔ ﻭﻓﻬﻤﺘﻬﺎ ﻭ ﺑﺄﻧﻚ ﻣﻮﺍﻓﻖ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺎ ﻭﺭﺩ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ!
ﺗﻮﻓﺮ ﺍﻟﻤﺪﻭﻧﺔ ﺇﻣﻜﺎﻧﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻖ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻤﺤﺘﻮﻯ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﺸﻮﺭ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ، و ﻳﺤﻖ ﻟﻚ ﻛﻤﺎ ﻟﻜﻞ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺘﺨﺪﻣﻴﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﺸﺎﺭﻛﺔ ﻓﻲ التعليقات، ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻻ ﺗﻘﻮﻡ ﺑﻨﺸﺮ ﺃﻱ ﻣﺤﺘﻮﻯ ﻳﻤﻜﻦ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﺿﺎﺭًﺍ، ﻏﻴﺮ ﻣﺸﺮﻭﻉ، ﺗﺸﻬﻴﺮﻱ، ﻣﺨﺎﻟﻒ، ﻣﺴﻲﺀ، ﻣﺤﺮﺽ، ﻣﻀﺎﻳﻖ ﺃﻭ ﻣﺎ ﺷﺎﺑﻪ ﺫﻟﻚ.
ﺃﻧﺖ ﻭﺣﺪﻙ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺆﻭﻝ ﻋﻦ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻘﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﺸﺎﺭﻙ ﺑﻬﺎ ولاتتحمل المدونة أي مسؤولية.
ﺣﻘﻮﻕ ﺍﻟﻤﻠﻜﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻔﻜﺮﻳﺔ ﻟﻠﺘﻌﻠﻴﻘﺎﺕ ﺗﺒﻘﻰ ﻣﺴﺠﻠﺔ ﻟﻚ، ﻟﻜﻦ ﻳﺤﻖ ﻟﺼﺎﺣﺐ ﺍﻟﻤﺪﻭﻧﺔ ﺇﻋﺎﺩﺓ ﺍﺳﺘﺨﺪﺍﻡ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻘﺎﺕ ﻓﻲ ﺃﻱ ﻧﺸﺎﻁ ﻣﺘﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﺪﻭﻧﺔ ﺩﻭﻥ ﺍﻟﺤﺎﺟﺔ ﺇﻟﻰ ﻃﻠﺐ ﺇﺫﻥ ﻣﺴﺒﻖ ﻣﻦ ﺻﺎﺣﺐ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻖ، ﺑﺸﺮﻁ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻘﻮﻡ ﺑﺬﻛﺮ ﺇﺳﻢ ﺻﺎﺣﺐ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻖ ﻭﻻ ﻳﻌﺪﻝ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻖ ﺑﺸﻜﻞ ﻳﺆﺩﻱ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﺘﺤﺮﻳﻒ ﻓﻲ ﻣﻌﻨﺎﻩ.
ﻟﻠﺘﻌﻠﻴﻖ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﺪﻭﻧﺔ ﻳﻔﻀﻞ ﺫﻛﺮ إﺳﻤﻚ ﺍﻟﺸﺨﺼﻲ، ﻳﻤﻜﻨﻚ إﺳﺘﺨﺪﺍﻡ إﺳﻢ ﻣﺴﺘﻌﺎﺭ، ﻟﻜﻦ ﻻ ﻳﺴﻤﺢ ﺃﺑﺪًﺍ ﺑإﻧﺘﺤﺎﻝ إﺳﻢ ﺃﻱ ﺷﺨﺺ ﺃﻭ ﻫﻴﺌﺔ.
ﻳﻔﻀﻞ ﺫﻛﺮ ﺑﺮﻳﺪﻙ ﺍﻹﻟﻜﺘﺮﻭﻧﻲ ﺍﻟﺤﻘﻴﻘﻲ ﻋﻨﺪ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻖ، ﺍﻟﻤﺪﻭﻧﺔ ﺗﻠﺘﺰﻡ ﺑﻌﺪﻡ إﺳﺘﺨﺪﺍﻡ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﺒﺮﻳﺪ ﻓﻲ ﺃﻱ ﻧﺸﺎﻁ ﺳﻮﻯ ﺍﻟﻤﺮﺍﺳﻼﺕ ﺍﻟﺸﺨﺼﻴﺔ ، ﻭﺗﻠﺘﺰﻡ ﺑﺄﻻ ﺗﺴﻠﻢ ﺑﺮﻳﺪﻙ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺃﻱ ﻃﺮﻑ ﺛﺎﻟﺚ ﺩﻭﻥ ﺇﺫﻥ ﻣﺴﺒﻖ ﻣﻨﻚ.
ﻳﺠﺐ ﻋﻠﻴﻚ ﺃﻻ ﺗﻌﺪﻝ ﺃﻭ تغير في مواضيع ﺍﻟﻤﺪﻭﻧﺔ أو إﺳﺘﺨﺪﺍﻣﻬﺎ ﺑﻄﺮﻕ ﻏﻴﺮ ﻣﺸﺮﻭﻋﺔ بأي ﻃﺮﻕ ﻳﻤﻜﻦ ﺃﻥ ﺗﻀﺮ ﺃﻭ ﺗﻌﻄﻞ ﺍﻟﻤﺪﻭﻧﺔ.
ﺗﻘﻮﻡ ﺍﻟﻤﺪﻭﻧﺔ ﺑﺠﻤﻊ ﺑﻌﺾ ﺍﻟﺒﻴﺎﻧﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺨﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﻚ، ﻣﺜﻞ ﻧﻮﻉ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﺼﻔﺢ، ﻧﻈﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﺘﺸﻐﻴﻞ، ﺭﻗﻢ …IP ﺇﻟﺦ، ﺍﻟﻬﺪﻑ ﻣﻦ ﺟﻤﻊ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺒﻴﺎﻧﺎﺕ ﻫﻮ ﺗﺤﺴﻴﻦ ﻣﺴﺘﻮﻯ ﺍﻟﺨﺪﻣﺔ.
ﻳﺤﻖ ﻟﻠﻤﺪﻭﻧﺔ ﻣﺸﺎﺭﻛﺔ ﺍﻟﺒﻴﺎﻧﺎﺕ السابقة ﻣﻊ ﻃﺮﻑ ﺛﺎﻟﺚ ﺩﻭﻥ ﺃﻥ ﺗﻘﻮﻡ ﺑﺎﻟﺮﺑﻂ ﺑﻴﻦ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺒﻴﺎﻧﺎﺕ ﻭﻫﻮﻳﺘﻚ ﺍﻟﺸﺨﺼﻴﺔ.
لا يحق لك نقل محتوى المدونة من مواضيع و شروحات و فيديوهات إلى موقعك بدون ذكر المصدر و هو "خد رصيدك" مع رابط مباشر يؤدي إلى الموضوع الأصلي الذي تم نقله.
ﻗﺪ ﺗﺘﻐﻴّﺮ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻻﺗﻔﺎﻗﻴﺔ ﻣﻦ ﻓﺘﺮﺓ ﻷﺧﺮﻯ ﺑﻤﺎ نراﻩ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺒﺎً ﻟﻬﺪﻑ ﺍﻟﻤﺪﻭﻧﺔ، ﻟﺬﺍ ﺃﺭﺟﻮ ﻣﻨﻚ ﻣﺮﺍﺟﻌﺘﻬﺎ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻘﻴّﺪ ﺑﻤﺎ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ.
ﺇﺧﻼﺀ للمسؤولية:

ﻟﻠﺘﻌﻠﻴﻖ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﺪﻭﻧﺔ ﻳﻔﻀﻞ ﺫﻛﺮ إﺳﻤﻚ ﺍﻟﺸﺨﺼﻲ، ﻳﻤﻜﻨﻚ إﺳﺘﺨﺪﺍﻡ إﺳﻢ ﻣﺴﺘﻌﺎﺭ، ﻟﻜﻦ ﻻ ﻳﺴﻤﺢ ﺃﺑﺪًﺍ ﺑإﻧﺘﺤﺎﻝ إﺳﻢ ﺃﻱ ﺷﺨﺺ ﺃﻭ ﻫﻴﺌﺔ.
ﻳﻔﻀﻞ ﺫﻛﺮ ﺑﺮﻳﺪﻙ ﺍﻹﻟﻜﺘﺮﻭﻧﻲ ﺍﻟﺤﻘﻴﻘﻲ ﻋﻨﺪ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻖ، ﺍﻟﻤﺪﻭﻧﺔ ﺗﻠﺘﺰﻡ ﺑﻌﺪﻡ إﺳﺘﺨﺪﺍﻡ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﺒﺮﻳﺪ ﻓﻲ ﺃﻱ ﻧﺸﺎﻁ ﺳﻮﻯ ﺍﻟﻤﺮﺍﺳﻼﺕ ﺍﻟﺸﺨﺼﻴﺔ ، ﻭﺗﻠﺘﺰﻡ ﺑﺄﻻ ﺗﺴﻠﻢ ﺑﺮﻳﺪﻙ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺃﻱ ﻃﺮﻑ ﺛﺎﻟﺚ ﺩﻭﻥ ﺇﺫﻥ ﻣﺴﺒﻖ ﻣﻨﻚ.
ﻳﺠﺐ ﻋﻠﻴﻚ ﺃﻻ ﺗﻌﺪﻝ ﺃﻭ تغير في مواضيع ﺍﻟﻤﺪﻭﻧﺔ أو إﺳﺘﺨﺪﺍﻣﻬﺎ ﺑﻄﺮﻕ ﻏﻴﺮ ﻣﺸﺮﻭﻋﺔ بأي ﻃﺮﻕ ﻳﻤﻜﻦ ﺃﻥ ﺗﻀﺮ ﺃﻭ ﺗﻌﻄﻞ ﺍﻟﻤﺪﻭﻧﺔ.
ﺗﻘﻮﻡ ﺍﻟﻤﺪﻭﻧﺔ ﺑﺠﻤﻊ ﺑﻌﺾ ﺍﻟﺒﻴﺎﻧﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺨﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﻚ، ﻣﺜﻞ ﻧﻮﻉ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﺼﻔﺢ، ﻧﻈﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﺘﺸﻐﻴﻞ، ﺭﻗﻢ …IP ﺇﻟﺦ، ﺍﻟﻬﺪﻑ ﻣﻦ ﺟﻤﻊ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺒﻴﺎﻧﺎﺕ ﻫﻮ ﺗﺤﺴﻴﻦ ﻣﺴﺘﻮﻯ ﺍﻟﺨﺪﻣﺔ.
ﻳﺤﻖ ﻟﻠﻤﺪﻭﻧﺔ ﻣﺸﺎﺭﻛﺔ ﺍﻟﺒﻴﺎﻧﺎﺕ السابقة ﻣﻊ ﻃﺮﻑ ﺛﺎﻟﺚ ﺩﻭﻥ ﺃﻥ ﺗﻘﻮﻡ ﺑﺎﻟﺮﺑﻂ ﺑﻴﻦ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺒﻴﺎﻧﺎﺕ ﻭﻫﻮﻳﺘﻚ ﺍﻟﺸﺨﺼﻴﺔ.
